Full Range Consulting & Trading Co. President, Scott Hughes, graduated from Abliene Christain University in 1994 with a BA in Animal Science. After graduation, Scott began his career at Veterinarians Outlet in sales and began trouble shooting milking and cleaning systems.  From 2003 to 2009, Scott worked for BouMatic as a sales territory manager for the western region.  While at BouMatic, Scott was not only in sales but was also a key person in the development of a sucessful sales and trouble shooting milking and cleaning systems training program. This training program targeted dealers, sales personnel and has been adapted to producer meetings.  Scott has also developed on-farm trouble shooting courses and designed scheduled maintenance programs.  While at BouMatic, he was instrumental in implementing the BouMax training program.  In 2009, Scott began working as the Efficiency & Operations Manager for AgriVision Farm Management and DJ Enterprises.  He managed all the purchasing for the farms and dairies.  The farms consisted of 50,000 irrigated acres, 5 dairy parlors, and 2 heifer ranches with 200 plus employees and various subcontractors. In addition, Scott trained dairy management and other personnel on milking and cleaning systems and established a scheduled maintenance program for the dairies. Scott has been a member of NMC for over 18 years and has severed on the Milking Machine Committee for 2 terms.
